Each IFG office is independently owned and operated. The IFG principals in each office are the ultimate decision makers. As a result, we transact our business promptly and professionally without layers of bureaucracy and without a lengthy review and approval process.
Executive Management
Jim Sinclair has over 40 years of experience in various levels of business management – 30 with a multi-national company in the food processing industry and 10 as the owner of a consulting company. Mr. Sinclair has a BSA degree from UBC’s Faculty of Agriculture as well as various other management certifications.During Mr. Sinclair’s career, he managed a number of food processing plants, ultimately overseeing the operation of 18 plants in western Canada. Through his career, he represented his employer as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Dairy Council of Canada in Ottawa as well as other industry associations.
In 1995, Mr. Sinclair formed his own consulting company and 2 years later he became affiliated with The Interface Financial Group where he has successfully worked with and provided funding to a number of companies in western Canada.
