John Sheehy - Founder For 17 years, until 1971, John was Vice President of Peabody Engineering in Stamford, Connecticut. In 1960, he was also appointed President of Peabody Engineering Corp. of Canada. John founded The Interface organization in 1971 and has served, as President and then Chairman of the company. Most importantly, he perfected the invoice discounting system and procedures that form the backbone of The Interface Financial Group® franchise system. “This is a tried and true system,” explains John. “I know because I made, and corrected, all the mistakes!” |

George Shapiro - Chairman George Shapiro is an accomplished international executive with over twenty years of business-building experience in emerging markets. After serving for more then 6 years as CEO of CBSF Capital Management LLC, and then leading the company to a successful merger in 2000, George subsequently became the Chairman of the Board of Managers where he served until 2006. George is currently CEO of IFG Network LLC and a director of several other companies. George was elected Chairman of the Interface organization in 2007. |

David Banfield - President David Banfield received his professional credentials in banking and credit management in the United Kingdom, where he held positions in both the banking and factoring industries. In 1975, after fifteen years of service in various sectors of banking operations, David was appointed Vice President and Manager of Mercantile Bank & Trust Co. Ltd. From 1978-1986, he was Vice President of Walter E. Heller Financial Corp. He was subsequently named President of Interfax Financial Services Limited, a position he held from 1986-1990. David was named President of the Interface organization in 1991 and has played a significant part in the successful development and growth of the Interface organization. |

Barry Rudolph - Director Barry Rudolph, Managing Director of Presidio Investors, joined Presidio Investors in 2007. Previously he was CFO of Chipcon Group, founding CEO of Figure 8 Wireless, which merged with Chipcon in 2005. Previous to founding Figure 8 he served as VP of Widcomm, was an investor at Chase Capital Partners, and worked in the Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co. in both the US and Asia. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Barry was elected to the Board of Directors in October, 2008. |
