Area Development Opportunities

Franchisees that wish to take on more responsibility within the Interface organization also have the option of looking at Area Development opportunities. These roles are reserved for individuals/franchisees with excellent marketing and communication skills and ones that have proven themselves with the establishment of their own Interface franchise business.

In an Area Development relationship the Area Developer (AD) actually acquires a specific geographic territory. They also acquire the rights to market the Interface franchise within their defined territory. In as much as they have purchased the territory their income compensation is derived from two sources. Firstly as and when they market an Interface franchise they share in the fee income and secondly they share in all of the royalty income that is generated from their ‘group’ of franchisees.

The Ad provides a localized support role for their group and certain services provided by Head Office may in turn be downloaded to the AD.

Franchisees are encouraged to discuss their aspirations and to ascertain availability with senior Interface Home Office management.

Interface is also expanding on an International basis and Country development rights are also available, again interested and qualified individuals should communicate with the Interface President, David Banfield at dtb@interfacefinancial.com for further specific details.
